Marine Orders of the World

Osteichthyes The Osteichthyes Order includes all the types of bony fish. Their body structure is defined by the presence of internal skeletons primarily composed of bone tissue. The bony fish make up the single largest group of marine creatures, and so the Order itself is the largest, requiring three champions to defend it. Their leader is Ceil (Coelacanth), and their champions are Eques (Leafy Seadragon), Verne (Striped marlin) and Bogdan (Oarfish).

Marine Mammals The Marine Mammals Order includes those creatures that breathe air and give live birth, such as whales, seals, manatees and otters, with two leaders to see to the separate needs of the open ocean and the shallow water mammals. Their co-leaders are Humphrey (Humpback whale) and Edmond (Elephant seal), and their champions are Boro (Narwhal) and Nuru (Sea Lion).

This order formerly consisted of two Orders, Cetecea and Piniped, but was combined for simplicity.

Chondrichthyes The Chondrichthyes Order includes cartilaginous fish such as sharks, rays, skates … and sawfish?! They are a class of jawed fish which all have skeletons primarily composed of cartilage. Their leader is Grendel (Greenland Shark), and their champion Yara (Oceanic whitetip shark).

Cnidaria The Cnidaria Order includes jellyfish, siphonophores (like the Portuguese man o' war), anemones and corals. The Dohrnii tribe is condemned for withholding its technology. Their leader is Moma (Lion's mane jellyfish), and their champion is Agora (Portuguese man o' war).

The order was previously called the Medusae Order, but was redesignated to allow for the inclusion of the full range of creatures.

Reptilia The Reptilia Order includes crocodiles, snakes, turtles and marine iguanas. Their leader speaks deceptively, seeming to support the Cnidaria Order leader while at the same time noting the Dohrnii's technology would greatly assist the government. Their leader is Ignatius (Hawksbill sea turtle), and their champion is Carson (Marine iguana).

Arthropoda The Arthropoda Order includes shrimp, crabs and lobsters. The leader of the Order is known to be quite excitable, and during a tense moment, he slammed his fist to the table and cratered the solid stone surface. Their leader is Xerxes (Mantis shrimp), and their champion is Tama (Spiny lobster).

Mollusca The Mollusca Order includes cephalopods, bivalves and slugs. The leader of the Order doesn't appear to have strong feelings about any of the issues. Their leader is Nasus (Nautilus), and their champion is Rashi (Vampire squid).
